PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Provide technical leadership in the formulation/development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Regional and National Office Strategies to ensure the alignment of strategies and enhance organizational accountability and effectiveness in order to mainstream a performance focused organization as the concrete form of being good stewardship.
In addition, to link and integrate Child Well Being Outcome, Program Quality or Quality Assurance and also Global Strategic Initiatives into Strategy Management, particularly in Strategy Execution both at Regional and National levels across the South Asia and Pacific Region (SAPO).
To provide support for regional strategy development and Regional Working Groups (RWG) where key recommendations are made to the RL, requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis and synthesis of strategic issues and options.
